Common questions
How to cancel
- On your iPhone, open Settings.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap AbShred, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Restore purchases
On the paywall in the app, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This deletes your account and all associated data from our servers. You can also email support@abshred.com and we'll delete it for you. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription, so cancel that in Settings first.
